Visualise

Sit down quietly… close your eyes.

Visualise crystal clear blue sea… fine white powdery sands… sweet sea breeze against your temples. Raise your hands and feel the wind flowing around your body. Imagine the sweet sounds of brazilian bossa nova fluttering around. Imagine a world were there are no worries. No pain… Just the sweet wind in your face. Sweet sounds and emotions caressing you gently…
